Middlesex Centre sent out interim 2023 tax bills via email and post at the beginning of February.
The municipality issues two property tax bills a year - an interim bill in February and a final bill in August. The interim bill is split into two instalments, due the last business day in February and the last business day in May.
For 2023, the second instalment is due by May 31.
If you didn't receive your tax bill please contact the municipal office. Not receiving a bill does not relieve you of any penalty charges that might arise from late payment.
Paying your Tax Bill
There are a number of options for paying your tax bills, including dropping-off cheques in the deposit box at the municipal office and paying online through your financial institutions. For all options, please ensure you allow for adequate time for payment to be received (3 days minimum).
For future bills, consider signing-up for pre-authorized payments.
