Presentations
Ash De Cruz and Nancy Giffen, on behalf of the Middlesex Centre YMCA, provided an overview of their 2024 membership statistics and partnership update. Overall, the Middlesex Centre YMCA, which operates at the Komoka Wellness Centre, had a successful year, with a significant growth in membership registrations and summer camp participation.
At the beginning of 2024, there were 989 members registered at the Middlesex Centre YMCA. By the end of 2024, there were 1,111 – an increase of 122 members. It was also noted that the 2024 summer camps offered by the YMCA were completely full, and that they are considering options to expand the program in 2025.
