Middlesex Centre sent out final 2024 tax bills via email and post at the beginning of August.
The municipality issues two property tax bills a year - an interim bill in February and a final bill in August. The final bill is split into two instalments, due the last business day in August and the last business day in November.
For 2024, the final instalment is due by November 29.
If you didn't receive your tax bill please contact Middlesex Centre customer service. Not receiving a bill does not relieve you of any penalty charges that might arise from late payment.
Paying your Tax Bill
There are a number of options for paying your tax bills. These including dropping-off cheques in the deposit box (currently located near the front doors of the Komoka Wellness Centre while the Coldstream office is being renovated) and paying online through your financial institutions. For all options, please ensure you allow for adequate time for payment to be received (3 days minimum).
Canada Post employees are on strike as of Friday, November 15, 2024. You may wish to consider other options than mail for paying your bill.
