As we move into the fall, some municipal construction projects are wrapping up and others are just getting started, including tar and chip resurfacing along select municipal roads.
These road are:
- Prospect Hill Road from Thorndale Road to Plover Mills Road
- Thirteen Mile Road from Wonderland Road to Vanneck Road
- Vanneck Road from Hwy 7 to Atwood Lane
- New Ontario Road from Vanneck Road to McEwen Drive
- Ivan Drive from Bear Creek Road to Narin Road
- Coldstream Road from Ilderton Road to Quaker Lane
- Marsh Lane from Ilderton Road to its northern limit
- Ilderton Road from Egremont Drive to Amiens Road
Work is expected to begin the week of September 2, 2024 (weather dependent).
Tar and chip resurfacing involves a mobile operation that moves down the road one lane at a time. Please be cautious near the operation, slow down and yield to oncoming traffic.
