During the meeting, Council:
- Approved the final 2024 Development Charges Study and adopted the updated Development Charges By-law. For more information and to view the study, please visit our website.
- Endorsed the Servicing Master Plan in principle. The plan will now be sent to the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks for review. To view the plan and its appendices, visit our website.
- Awarded the precast culvert tender to Coldstream Concrete Ltd. in the amount of $139,325.00 (excluding HST).
Next Council Meeting
The next meeting of Middlesex Centre Council is set for Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. Please note that council meetings will be held at the Ilderton Community Centre for the duration of the municipal office renovation.
