Canada Post employees are on strike as of today, Friday, November 15. Delivery of mail to and from the Municipality of Middlesex Centre is expected to be significantly delayed and/or stopped completely.
Water, Tax and other Bills and Payments
- You are responsible for paying your bill on time, even if you do not receive your bill in the mail.
- If you need your balance owing, call or email Middlesex Centre Customer Service. If you call in and get sent to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number and street address so that staff may return your call.
- Do not put your bill payment in the mail. Instead, use other payment options such as through your bank or financial institution or the drop-box located at the front entrance of the Komoka Wellness Centre. If you are paying in cash, you will need to come into the Komoka Wellness Centre during business hours to pay - do not put cash in the drop box.
To avoid billing interruptions in the future, we encourage you to sign up for e-billing or consider pre-authorized payment options. Learn more on our Billing & Payments page.
Planning Notices
- Planning notices will continue to be posted online, and a physical sign will still be posted on the property. If you have any questions please contact Planning Services.
Dog Tags
- Dog tags can can be requested online, but will not be mailed during the strike. If you would like to pick-up your tag in-person, please contact Dog Licencing to arrange a time.
