Middlesex Centre's newly established Economic Development Advisory Committee ("EDAC") held its first meeting on July 24, 2024, at the Komoka Community Centre.
Committee members come from across the municipality and bring a variety of different business backgrounds and expertise to share. Members will provide strategic advice to council and senior staff to further economic development and business growth in the municipality.
At this first meeting, members took some time to introduce themselves, to review the purpose and mandate of the committee, and to start developing their objectives and priorities. The committee will meet every quarter at rotating locations across Middlesex Centre.
