On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the Council of the Municipality of Middlesex Centre will hold a public meeting, pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the municipality’s proposed development charges (DC) by-law and underlying background study.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting of Council and any person who attends the meeting may make representations relating to the proposed DC by-law and background study. The meeting is to be held:

You may opt to attend the meeting virtually by registering in advance with the Office of the Clerk by Monday, May 20, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.
DC Study Documents
In order that sufficient information is made available to the public, the background study and the proposed DC by-law will be made available on the municipality’s website as of May 8, 2024. These will be posted to the DC Study Project Page.
Copies of the background study and by-law will be available for viewing at the Komoka Wellness Centre Customer Service Desk as of May 8, 2024.
Providing Comments
Interested persons may express their comments at the public meeting or in writing (mail or email) to the Municipal Clerk. Written comments must be received no later than May 15, 2024, to be included in the meeting agenda.
