Middlesex Centre's Servicing Master Plan (SMP) will guide policies and infrastructure initiatives for Middlesex Centre's water, wastewater, stormwater and waste management systems over the next 20 years. The plan aligns with future growth plans for Middlesex Centre, Middlesex County, and the Province.
In 2023-2024, Middlesex Centre followed the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process to develop the SMP. The process included public meetings, surveys, and various interactions with residents and Council to gather essential feedback. On July 10, 2024, Council adopted the SMP (allowing for the required notice period with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks).
