The Middlesex County Spongy Moth Monitoring and Citizen Science Program is looking for your help.
This program is a partnership among the County, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and participating landowners.
Participating landowners will be asked to hang moth traps on their property and provide data to allow the County and the CFIA to better understand both the geographical distribution and the population dynamics associated with the current moth outbreak.
If you would like to participate, you can pick up a moth traps and complete the sign-up information at the Middlesex Centre municipal office during business hours. Please email or call before visiting to ensure traps are available.
