As a reminder, alternate day outdoor watering restrictions are in place from June 1 to September 15:
- Properties with even numbered addresses may water ONLY on even number calendar days.
- Properties with odd numbered address may water ONLY on odd number calendar days.
- Gardens, flower beds, trees and shrubs may be watered daily by use of hand held hose ONLY.
- Newly sodded or newly seeded lawns may be watered daily for a two-week period (note that the same water rates apply and there are no ‘rebates' on water fees for new sod installations).
These water conservation measures are included in the municipality's Water By-Law.
