An application has been made by the McCann Redi-Mix Inc. ("the applicant") to amend the site plan for the Stanley Pit, located at North Half Lot 13, Concession 14, (formerly London Township), Municipality of Middlesex Centre, Middlesex County.
The application to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) seeks to amend the site plans for the Stanley Pit to allow for an increase in the below water extraction footprint by relocating a section of the Medway Creek channel within the licence.

NOTE: The Municipality of Middlesex Centre has been asked to provide comments on this application. Approvals will be granted by the MNRF.
